AV crew for a live-production company that delivers four- to eight-piece shows and full AV packages to corporate and private clients across Ontario.

• AV for conferences and galas of 150 to 300+ guests: CFC Summit North American Conference (Evergreen Brick Works), Swiss Chalet / Recipe 70th-anniversary conference, Electrofed Niagara Conference, TSMCA gala (Château Le Parc), IBX corporate party (Eglinton Grand), IKO Annual Awards Gala, NYE Amoré Gala.
• Front-of-house and monitor mixing on digital consoles; wireless microphone and in-ear monitor coordination for bands, MCs, speakers and awards segments.
• Technical point of contact with venue AV, planners and third-party AV, DJ and lighting suppliers.
• Own the touring AV inventory — console and IEM racks, microphones, cabling, transport — plus rentals reconciled against event budgets.
• Load-in to fixed door times, live troubleshooting, post-event reports; built and maintain mjbe.ca.

Festival AV Lead (Contract)

Better Futures For Kids Foundation — Tastes of South East Asia

Ran all audio-visual for the 5th-anniversary Tastes of South East Asia festival: two days, free admission, Mel Lastman Square, North York.

• Sole AV provider for about 2,500 attendees over the weekend of August 7–8, 2026.
• Stage sound for live music, dance and cultural performances from more than 22 Southeast Asian communities, plus DJ sets.
• AV for the Saturday-night Lotus Lantern Ceremony, which honours victims and survivors of human trafficking.
• Site meeting with the organizers before the event, then load-in, two show days and strike.
• The same foundation also booked me for its Taste of Vietnam festival.

Commercial recording studio with a repeat paying client base.

• Track, mix and master vocal, full-band, live and podcast sessions; run the client relationship from scoping and deposits to deliverables and revisions.
• Operate and maintain the signal chain and monitoring; specify and buy equipment against a budget.
• Manage about 1.6 TB of client session assets, and built the client portal where clients stream, review and comment on their sessions.

Video & Motion Production

WZMH Architects

In-house video and motion graphics for a national architecture firm.

• Produced the firm's 65th-anniversary employee reel from multi-camera interviews: selects, audio sync, lower thirds, colour, loudness, vertical and horizontal deliverables.
• Built the internal motion-graphics platform and Premiere Pro / After Effects template and automation pipelines, locked to the brand standard.
• Wrote the technical documentation the pipeline runs on.

• AV setup and on-site support for corporate and charity events at Toronto venues, from walkthrough to strike.
